Greenhide tells the story of a society girl named Margery Paton (Elsa Chauvel), who leaves the hustle and bustle of the city to live on her father’s cattle farm. Run by a tough-as-leather bushman named Greenhide ‘Gavin’ (Bruce Gordon), Margery faces a lifestyle change that will test every facet of her character.
