John Stamford (John Waters) is a private detective living in Singapore. Annie Russell (Deborra-Lee Furness) is the Asian representative for World Action for Children (WAC). They come together in this action adventure romance about a fake pharmaceutical drugs racket. When WAC employs Internet, an international detective agency to investigate, Annie has her own reasons for asking John if he can solve the case.
